Fixed rate mortgages, ARM's (adjustable rate mortgages) and Balloon mortgages for those who wish to have a smaller payment initially with a re-finance option available. These programs also apply to the purchase of farm land. Investment loans (for the purchase of real estate) are also available and it will be necessary to discuss rates and terms with your loan officer.

Home Equity Loans

The bank offers home equity loans that offers customers access to the equity in their homes with the advantage of tax deductibility (please consult with your tax advisor). Property insurance is required for the term of the loan. The rate of interest on the loan is tied to prime rate and therefore offers a very competitive rate of interest.
