Overview

Metamora State Bank offers loans to our customers in the Fulton/Lucas County area of Ohio and Lenawee/Monroe County of Michigan. The following are types of loans that we offer. (Please contact a loan officer as to rates, terms and conditions).

Auto/Truck Loans

We have funds to lend on vehicles for qualified applicants with various terms available. Credit Life and Disability Insurance is available on request for an additional monthly charge.

Real Estate Loans

Metamora State Bank offers several financing options to its customers for the purchase of real estate. Fixed rate mortgages, ARM's (adjustable rate mortgages) and Balloon mortgages for those who wish to have a smaller payment initially with a re-finance option available. These programs also apply to the purchase of farm land. Investment loans (for the purchase of real estate) are also available. It will be necessary to discuss rates and terms with your loan officer.

Home Equity Loans

The bank offers home equity loans that allow customers access to the equity in their homes with the advantage of tax deductibility (please consult with your tax advisor). Property insurance is required for the term of the loan. The rate of interest on the loan is tied to prime rate and therefore offers a very competitive rate of interest.

Business and Agriculture Loans

The Metamora State Bank promotes local commerce by providing credit to businesses, including our agricultural community. We offer loans for real estate purchases, facility construction, business equipment purchases and short-term working capital lines of credit. When offering credit to our business clientele, it is the bank's policy to provide a win/win solution for your borrowing needs.
